昨日関東が梅雨明けしまして、朝から暑いです

I found some purple corn.
「大和ルージュ」という、とうもろこしらしいです
It’s name「yamato ruju」.
農家の方曰く、甘さは控えめで香ばしく、サラダによく合うとのこと
The farmer said “It’s a few sweet. salad is very good. “
茹でると紫色が溶け出て黄色くなってしまうので
It is boiled, so melt purple color, turn to yellow color.
ラップで包んで３分チンすると良いとのことでした
It is good to use a microwave oven, wrap on cellophane, in three minutes.
確かに甘さ控えめ、もちもちとした食感で

サラダの上に乗せてドレッシングで食べるとさらに美味しそうでした
